Users: Anganwadi workers, caregivers

Purpose: Early risk identification (not medical diagnosis)

Environment: Rural and low-connectivity settings

First-level risk screening, not diagnosis
Offline-first workflow for field workers
On-device ML + local storage + background sync
Designed for rural and underserved communities
Aligned with early childhood development challenge goals
